Starting Caregivers at $12/hr

 Your personal care aid can be a friend or family member. (excluding spouse) Your personal care aid has to be at least 18 years old, has to have a clean background and some experience in this field. CDS includes some of the following but not limited to:

• Meal Preparation 
• Companionship
• House Keeping
• Laundry 
• Transportation/Shopping/Errands
• Dressing Grooming
• Nurse Visits
• Respite Care 
• Bathing
• Assistances with daily living activities 

Personal Care - assistance with activities of daily living;

• Homemaker - general household activities to assist with housekeeping activities;
• Chore - short-term, intermittent tasks necessary to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe home environment;
• Advanced Personal Care - maintenance services to assist with activities of daily living when such assistance requires devices or procedures related to altered body functions;
• Authorized Nurse Visits - maintenance or preventative services provided by a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse under the supervision of RN (must be authorized in conjunction with another service); and
• Respite – provides temporary relief for the caregiver of a dependent adult
